I have dealt with Jerry in the past and he is a great guy! No pressure as always. Always feel like I'm at home and part of the family. His manager Don was also awesome! Great guy, did everything he could to make the deal happen. Never once did I feel uncomfortable in this dealership. I wish I could give more than five stars because they definately deserve it!!! Unpleasant experience Do not deal with this man. Today I experienced the worst treatment from a "General Manager" at this location. Not only did he not listen and understan Do not deal with this man. Today I experienced the worst treatment from a "General Manager" at this location. Not only did he not listen and understand our part of the story, he attempted to ridicule and walk away from us as we attempted to figure out the sitution. Jovana, a great sales rep welcomed us the first day we visited she helped us with a test drive and numbers, prepping us for our future purchase. We were told that if we gave a deposit we would be able to bring a vehicle in to the dealer to see it that incoming week. We gave the deposit and mentioned that we would continue to look for vehicles to purchase while we waited for the car. Matt, the sales rep we met the second time, mentioned to us how he would call us that Tuesday to let us know when the car would get in THAT WEEK.. We never received a call from Matt until a whole week later on a Wednesday from the sales rep Joavana that the car would be able to come in 2 weeks. We told Joanna that we had found a car and did not want to bring it in. She said it was okay and told us to come in and pick up the check. This last Friday we received varius phone calls from Matt and Jovana that the car was in! (?) It was obvious that there was a miscommunication between the employees that we did not wish to see the vehicle anymore. Today we went to pick up out check deposited 3 weeks ago. We were received by this GM DON ZIEMKE. Were we were taken to a back office off the floor and demanded for an explanation and treated unprofessionaly. As we began to explain why, this man jumped to conclusions, cut me off, ripped the check of the paper work and threw the check on the desk and said " I DO NOT WANT YOUR BUISNESS, GOODBYE". We asked why not? As Joavana mentioned that we could view the car one more time in the phonecall conducted that day. Not once had we ever agreed on purchasing the car, and were told lies all the way until today. He walked away from us and headed to his front desk as I demanded an explanation on why he had treated us without respect asking "Is this how you treat people?" He sat down and said "THIS IS HOW I TREAT YOU!". This has been the worst experience I have ever had purchasing and looking for cars. This man has no manners and is very disrespectful. It's a shame some of these sales rep have to deal with such an unprofessional GM. If you do go to this location I suggest you asked for the 100% truth before you choose to do BUISNESS with them. I will never recommend someone to purchase from this location! More
