Our car was totaled on December 23, 2011. We had purchased our previous 6 cars from this franchise, and we have always been pleased. After the accident, we needed the help and support of the dealers purchased our previous 6 cars from this franchise, and we have always been pleased. After the accident, we needed the help and support of the dealership to get us back on track. They went out of their way to be helpful, supportive, and caring, and I know they made every effort to find us a car that would meet our needs at the most reasonable price that they could offer it to us. About a year has passed since we came in to buy a new Ford Fusion. The staff at Maplecrest Ford made the experience so easy! I told them what I wanted and they guided my decision and found the exact car Ford Fusion. The staff at Maplecrest Ford made the experience so easy! I told them what I wanted and they guided my decision and found the exact car I wanted. This place is extremely welcoming without the highway mentality that plagues many dealerships today. I felt like a part of the family not just another customer. The finance manager was able to show me the best products. I love the maintenance package! I cannot thank Charlie Samons and Maplecrest Ford enough! I wasn't prepared to buy a car and I explained all of that to Charlie over the phone. We talked and I was very-very wary over another car purchasing I wasn't prepared to buy a car and I explained all of that to Charlie over the phone. We talked and I was very-very wary over another car purchasing experience (which was just very unpleasant). Charlie promised me (even before we met), that he would make this a positive process and more importantly meet my budget needs. I had THE MOST POSITIVE experience that I have ever had at a car dealership and Charlie absolutely 100% followed through on his commitments! The entire staff that I met, including Rodrigo, were just great and friendly people. I am the proud owner of a 2012 Ford Focus, which is first and foremost, a reliable vehicle for me, it's an adorable car and my monthly payments are affordable. I did not sit in the dealership for hours and hours...I was in and out of there, with a brand new car in less than 2 hours!! And, it was a very - very pleasant and positive 2 hours. Thank you again Charlie, Rod and Don and the rest of the Maplecrest Ford staff for making my experience one that I will be bragging about for a long time!! More

A very pleasant experience from initial email queries, from the just looking first visit to the dealership, from the ordering process and to delivery. The sales rep answered all questions and went out of from the just looking first visit to the dealership, from the ordering process and to delivery. The sales rep answered all questions and went out of his way to learn about our vehicle that we ordered with a very infrequent configuration. He kept me apprised of the vehicle's production date and ETA for delivery. When the car was actually delivered, the dealership honored the trade-in value as promised 12 weeks earlier. Unlike our experience at other dealerships, the business manager did not attempt to sell us any unneeded extras. He merely fully explained the documents we had to sign and answered all our questions regarding extended warranties that we decided to purchase. A first class act all the way! More

I purchased a car from this dealer and from the time I pulled on the lot to when I left in my new car my experience was awesome. I didn't know what to expect as I wasn't that familiar with this dealer but pulled on the lot to when I left in my new car my experience was awesome. I didn't know what to expect as I wasn't that familiar with this dealer but took the advice of a friend who said to stop by at this dealer, a good group of people. I have purchased many vehicles in my life, mainly imports, Lexus, BMW and Mercedes. My experience with Maplecrest was superior to any before. From the time I walked in to leaving with my new Explo imports, Lexus, BMW and Mercedes. My experience with Maplecrest was superior to any before. The sales information provided and test drive of the vehicle was very professional. The 2003 Ford Explorer I purchased had been detailed and was flawless. I felt very comfortable in the dealership and the staff were friendly. The price could have gone down a bit more due to the high mileage of 124,000 on the vehicle. The Explorer had so many nice features I was willing to accept the final price. The sales person did work out a price that sealed the deal. I love the Explorer and will be going back to Maplecrest next time I'm looking to buy a car. More
