And it was. Thank you Don and Bill, it was quite the adventure. More

And willingly stayed well past the time he was scheduled to leave for the 4th of July holiday. In addition, Don has been putting up with my spouse for the last 3 years trying to find a car for himself. P.S. I love my car. More

While searching the internet a Recently, I was looking for a SL550 as a third car, fun car to drive for my wife and I before getting to old to enjoy. While searching the internet and CarFax I ran across a beautiful 2017 CPO SL550 with 2,900 miles. Curious, I contacted Mercedes of Olmsted and corresponded with Mr.Don Laporte via text. A deal was made completely via the internet and one phone call. I have never purchased a vehicle sight unseen, but Mr. LaPorte was well versed, knowlegable and reassuring. Oh yea, drink the KoolAid!. With the car in the garage now, I can attest that the purchase was as described, but even better than I ever expected. The vehicle was exactly as described. No dents, no scratches, nothing; impeccable. Would I recommend Mr.LaPorte, yes and the dealership as well. This was the smoothest buying transaction I have ever experienced. Mr. Laporte made this probably the easiest and least stressful buy.to date. If there was a ten plus, the dealership and Mr. Laporte deserve it. More

I had been shopping for a ML-350 CPO for several months and was referred to this dealership by a close family friend who was a long-time customer. The entire process, from the purchase, trade, Mercedes Benz financing, to delivery was seamless. My sales professional, Don LaPorte was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We found a great low-mileage vehicle, Cinnibar Red, Sport Package, beautiful gray interior with a number of options, which was sold and serviced by this dealership. Don delivered my vehicle to Pittsburgh, with everything which was promised and drove my trade back to Cleveland! Within 2 weeks, we received the documents to transfer the vehicle to Pennsylvania. In the past 30 days, I received 2 follow-up calls. I highly recommend this dealership and Don La Porte for your next Mercedes-Benz purchase. Ernie - Pittsburgh More
