After seeing Doug and Don online I had to check the dealership out. Normally, I have to negotiate hard when looking to acquire a new vehicle. The deep discounts coupled with incentives made this a sea dealership out. Normally, I have to negotiate hard when looking to acquire a new vehicle. The deep discounts coupled with incentives made this a seamless experience and worth reaching out to An out of state dealer. Even with enclosed shipping, this deal exceeded best and final offers from local dealers. Don ensured everything was transparent and made this entire experience as simple as possible. Highly recommend Don and the Doug. More

Can’t speak more highly of Don, Doug and the rest of the crew or North Olmsted MB. I was actively looking for a new vehicle for my Mom and decided to give them a call do to seeing their YouTube channel Benz crew or North Olmsted MB. I was actively looking for a new vehicle for my Mom and decided to give them a call do to seeing their YouTube channel BenzandBowties. Best move I could have made. I’ve been in the car business since 2010 and have never seen the level of genuine professionalism, ease and genuine enthusiasm displayed by Don and others at North Olmsted. They made leasing a GLC for her easy, quick, and painless. You would make a mistake not giving Don, Doug and North Olmsted MB a look on your next purchase or lease. Oh and they have Porsche also! He was reasonable, honest, and we felt like he had our best interest throughout the process. He was never pushy and had a very calm demeanor. We can’t say the same from other dealership experiences and this made us excited to become Mercedes customers. We don’t want to work with anyone else and we look forward to working with him again in the future ! More
