TERRIBLE SERVICE! !!!! I brought my car in for an inspection, an oil change, and handling a noise issue. In the end the service department LIED to me about what my car !!!! I brought my car in for an inspection, an oil change, and handling a noise issue. In the end the service department LIED to me about what my car needed to pass inspection. I had them change the oil and replace a tire. When I picked up my car there were unexplained "miscellaneous charges" on my bill. I was told I would have to contact the service department later in the week if I wanted to know what the charges were. The man who rang me out said: "I really can't help you. All I can do is charge your card." I then brought the car to another mechanic for a correct diagnostic. About a day afterwards my tire pressure light went on. I brought the car back to Werner and they said that the valve stem was leaking so they fixed it. The light was off. I drove the car for 3 days and a noise started coming from the same tire. I brought the car back to the other mechanic and they said it was good that I brought it in because the Werner team did not install it correctly and that it was slowly loosening and if I had continued driving on it the tire would have eventually fallen off while I was driving. Werner Mazda endangered my life and the life of others with negligent work. If I could rate with negative stars, I would. More
