Outstanding Service Department! I was on the highway when My CX-3 started bucking and went into limp mode. The car still ran and I called from a parking lot to Werner and was able t I was on the highway when My CX-3 started bucking and went into limp mode. Dylan, Russ and Patrick looked at it almost immediately, diagnosed the problem, parts were in stock (yay Rachel), they fixed the vehicle. From the time of the problem to the when I was back on the road was about an hour! That included washing it! I am very grateful for the service department. They didn't have to do what they did..but they made it happen! Grateful for this great service department More
