The point person who scheduled my appointment was courtesy and efficient. They picked my G70 up on time and returned it to me with no issues or delays. I have to say that the overall purchase/service courtesy and efficient. They picked my G70 up on time and returned it to me with no issues or delays. I have to say that the overall purchase/service experience has been awesome! I’ve purchased one other vehicle from Colonial and in each case I’ve been completely satisfied with the dealer’s attention to detail and the professionalism exhibited. More

Excellent no hassle service! I had work done on a 2002 Sonata that had an outstanding sub-frame recall. I read online that a few dealers did this recall no problem and many create I had work done on a 2002 Sonata that had an outstanding sub-frame recall. I read online that a few dealers did this recall no problem and many created a huge headache/runaround situation for the customer. Colonial Hyundai went above and beyond to take care of my recall with fast turnaround and absolutely zero hassle. I am a weekend mechanic and asked them to try and save parts attached to the subframe, so I could repair them myself. They could easily have said the parts were not salvageable and charged me hundreds to replace, but they did not. There is no way I could have know the difference. In finding a good mechanic/dealership, trust is just as important to me as skill. Colonial definitely won my trust. Donna and the other staff were excellent in their customer service. In addition, with Covid-19, they took my safety seriously. I can not recommend this dealer highly enough. Thank you for your excellent service. More

I just have a hard time understanding how an inspection, oil change, 2 new filters and 4 I received good, courteous and quick service. Always have. I just have a hard time understanding how an inspection, oil change, 2 new filters and 4 light bulbs can cost $305? May start looking for a new Hyundai service dealership. I had been going to your specific dealership for 18 years. Maybe it is time for a change. More

Let's start with the positive... I love my 2019 Sonata, it's an excellent car. Also positive, I have had it serviced at colonial Hyundai twice. The service department has been great, easy to make and appointment and very friendly. As for the sales portion. I was not very happy. After I was at the dealership and was ready to buy the car, I had to wait 2 hours to get in front of the finance guy. I understand they were busy but I felt like I was forgotten about and they moved onto the next customer. Also, no one ever even offered to show me how to hook my phone to the car or show me how the features worked( plenty of time to do it during my wait). Also, I didn't need to test drive the car, I knew exactly what I wanted... ( So this part is partially my fault).. after the deal was done and I went to leave I discovered the car had 4300 miles on it. Guess it was a demo, but they could have at least mentioned it?? Also, I live in Delaware and purchased in pa... I only did because 3 people at the dealer ( 2 sales people and one finance person) told me they handle EVERYTHING for getting a Delaware tag and registration.... Not the case. They gave me a 60 day pa temp tag and said they would handle Delaware registration. 21 days later they called and said I had to go to Delaware DMV for an mv212 form so they could get a Delaware title. So off I went( missing and hour and a half of work) to get the form. After mailing them the Form the 60 days came and went. They still had not gotten the Delaware tag. When I called them they argued and said my pa temporary was 90 days..it was not then they told me to go back to the DMV and pay for a Delaware temporary tag till my tag from them came in. So I did( 2+ hrs of missed work this time and $20). Colonial did re pay me the $20 but that's not the point. I complained to the General manager( useless) and emailed the owner( not even a response) My only help was Eva the title clerk.. she was very nice. So my point.. I like the car and their service dept, but won't buy from them again. More
