New sales guy no good Peps is apparently new and pretty much lied to me about everything...He said gap insurance was included in the price he gave me, it wasn't. He said he'd call me the next day to set up the service appointment and he didn't. I had to hunt him down. He told me I'd get a panoramic sunroof installed after market and leather. The sunroof is not panoramic and the leather is not the color I chose. I'm fine with the factory recommended color of the leather, but I felt misled when he asked me to choose a swatch. And the sales manager, Robb, didn't act as if he cared that I wasn't initially happy with the leather. He just gave me the number for the guy who installed it. The car looks fine on the inside, but it came back to me with black spots on the hood that I haven't been able to remove. Donna in the service department was great. More

Average service at best. I’d like your service department better if I was greeted in a timely manner by someone not harried, tired and overworked like Donna. She is excellent I’d like your service department better if I was greeted in a timely manner by someone not harried, tired and overworked like Donna. She is excellent but I think it unfair and creates a tense and unfriendly environment when she is basically the only person running the service department. Service Center open on Labor Day! I was surprised that I could schedule to drop off my car on Labor Day. The service consultant, Donna Feliciano, was very friendly and helpful. Issues were diagnosed quickly and parts not in stock were ordered. Fast turnaround. Donna kept me informed through the process. Cost estimates were accurate. There was a mistake on the final bill, which was corrected immediately. Excellent service! More
