Was glad I came in for an inspection I came in for a simple inspection and emissions as I was talking to Donna Feliciano she had asked me about a oil change .I wasn't sure if I was due I came in for a simple inspection and emissions as I was talking to Donna Feliciano she had asked me about a oil change .I wasn't sure if I was due or not and really wasn't sure if I wanted to wait around for it to get done. Donna is wonderful, she talked to her guys and I was in and out in no time,my work was done and my oil was changed. I hope to work with Donna again when I come back. More

First experience with Service Dept. Called on Friday to schedule service. Donna quickly scheduled me for the afternoon. I called back to re-schedule due to a conflict and Donna was able Called on Friday to schedule service. Donna quickly scheduled me for the afternoon. I called back to re-schedule due to a conflict and Donna was able to squeeze me into the already-full Saturday schedule. I really appreciated the flexibility. When arriving for drop-off on Saturday morning, I was not clear where to go, since it was my first visit. I was greeted by the cashier who informed me that a service staff member would be with me shortly. Jim was very helpful in getting me started. A smooth and easy handoff. Pickup was equally smooth. Jim also helped me with some technical questions (setting the service reminder and pausing wipers to allow them to be 'flipped away' during snow/ice.) I look forward to working with Jim again. My only very minor complaint is that a tech apparently used the panic alarm to find my car in the lot. That generated a Blue Link email that scared me for a second, but Jim apologized and there was really no harm done. Overall a great experience. Thanks! More

High Mileage Maintenance Went in to have engine fluids flushed and new tires put on. After waiting less than a hour Donna let me know that the tires I chose wouldn’t be there Went in to have engine fluids flushed and new tires put on. After waiting less than a hour Donna let me know that the tires I chose wouldn’t be there for at least another hour and offered me a loaner car. When I returned in the afternoon my car was ready and washed. Best part of my visit was when Walt walked out to my car and fixed a piece of my tailgate that had been annoying me! And I also met the friendliest cat! They were so concerned about this last cat that they took him to the Vet to see if he was chipped. More
