I was mistak I came to phillips fully expecting to be told that i could not afford a car, as i had been at the two previous dealerships i had visited. I was mistaken. The service was excellent! Mrs. Lee was very helpful and knowledgeable of the cars that were in my price range. Instead of getting a used car I ended up purchasing a new Chevy Cruz that was well within my price range. I was given a tour of the showroom as well as the repair shop. All of the employees i had encountered were very polite and i would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the area looking for a car on a budget. My only regret is not visiting this dealership FIRST! More

She exhausted all avenues to ensure that I drove off the lot with a vehicle. I came in looking for a car to get me from A-B regardless if it was new or used, but Donna was able to get me into a brand new 2015 Chevy Cruze. She was phenomenal and she helped me tremendously!
