Amazing. VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. My car would not start on Black Friday I got it jump started and drove to VW Service Area told them what happened and I did not have an appointment - My car would not start on Black Friday I got it jump started and drove to VW Service Area told them what happened and I did not have an appointment - the gentleman smiled and said he would taKe care of everything. The assistant manager brought us into her office and filled out all paper work and said it will be ready in about 2 hours. My daughter and I went for lunch - received a call the car was ready. .
