Excellent, no pressure sale, Todd spent time getting to know me aa a person and was able to put me in the right car for the right price. Personalized, no hassle, exceptional service from I met Todd to end of the sale and handing me my other Jetta. I cannot even think of getting another car because Schumacher Sales Depart., Finance Dept and Service Dept are the best dealership i have had the pleasure of dealing with. Great team!! Amazing. VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. My car would not start on Black Friday I got it jump started and drove to VW Service Area told them what happened and I did not have an appointment - My car would not start on Black Friday I got it jump started and drove to VW Service Area told them what happened and I did not have an appointment - the gentleman smiled and said he would taKe care of everything. The assistant manager brought us into her office and filled out all paper work and said it will be ready in about 2 hours. My daughter and I went for lunch - received a call the car was ready. .
