Chrystal and Vic was was fantastic but the overall experience from management was horrendous , we had to sit and wait on management's for over 7 hour's to get off their butt. We was tired, we was hung experience from management was horrendous , we had to sit and wait on management's for over 7 hour's to get off their butt. We was tired, we was hungry, we was thirsty and management did not even offer us a bottle of water. Management did not even acknowledge us at all. With purchasing two trucks this day, you would think that we would have been treated a little bit better from this company. I don’t think I would ever buy another vehicle and I definitely will not recommend your company to anyone. I would not want my friends or family to go through what we went through on this day. if I had it to do all over again, I would have walked out. Bad, bad, bad experience. Also, one of the tires on the ram truck had damage on the tread, The tire keeps losing air and the company is not willing to replace the tire that was damaged before we purchased the truck. they did not fix. The windshield was also damaged on the ram truck. With the amount of money we paid for this truck alone these issues should have been fixed before it was put up for sale. Is your company so desperate for money that you will sell damaged vehicles just to get a sale? As the purchaser of these vehicles, it is not our responsibility to be mechanics. These vehicles should’ve been inspected for problems before they were put up for sale. As far as I’m concerned, this company is no better than a buy here pay here lot that sells garbage. More

I came in on a day when I was the only customer in the store. There were 2 reps, one was on the phone discussing her NetFlix account (she was loud enough to hear the conversation). The other rep greeted m store. There were 2 reps, one was on the phone discussing her NetFlix account (she was loud enough to hear the conversation). The other rep greeted me and took me outside to look at a K5. She was very knowledgeable about the features and we went back inside to discuss an appraisal for my Honda Accord. This is where it went downhill. While sitting at her desk waiting for the appraisal, she never offered me something to drink, in fact, she started checking her text messages. Another customer came in and since the other rep was still on a personal call, my rep greeted the customer, then came back to her desk, grabbed her laptop and took the customer to another desk. She said nothing to me and left me sitting for over 10 minutes. She came back and said the finance manager wanted to speak to me. I entered his office, but he did not stand up and greet me, or introduce himself. His very first comment was "So what will it take to get you into this vehicle". No one discussed pricing or standard versus optional features. I told him I needed many questions answered before we could move forward. He stated they would give me $9k for my car (I got $12.5k from the dealer I bought from). I told him that was too low and he said that was all they would give me. He told me my monthly payment without discussing options or warranty. When I asked him the interest rate, he told said it was the best he could get but did not tell me what it was. At this point, I was done and told him I needed to think about it. I have been buying cars for over 40 years and this was the worst experience I ever had. I wish I could give them 0 stars because 1 is an indication that there was some part of this that I enjoyed. More
