This seemed to be a pretty good dealership, nice people, well structured, good hot chocolate. The process was longer than expected, and some details changed prior to purchase, but the vehicle was 85% of wha well structured, good hot chocolate. The process was longer than expected, and some details changed prior to purchase, but the vehicle was 85% of what I was looking for, my cars trade in was about 66% of what I was looking for, so we could have done better there. The final car note was a few hundred higher than what I wanted, but they didn't allow any additional to be charged on my credit card over $3,000 and after changing the finance option, it was too late to go back to the bank to put more money down, so I had to finance a larger amount than I wanted to. All-in-all, Donny did a good job of resolving the concerns I had with the vehicle, answering questions that came up, and making me feel like I wasn't taken advantage of in the end. More
