Initially (date of purchase) the experience was not great. Salesperson did not know the basics of the car, lost the car, lied to say it had been sold and was gone. Within 10 minutes another person ca great. Salesperson did not know the basics of the car, lost the car, lied to say it had been sold and was gone. Within 10 minutes another person called to say the car was available just getting detailed. The first maintenance appointment did not go well. Made to wait for 20 minutes in 110 degree heat. Finally went inside and found someone else to assist. This latest scheduling of appointment was confusing. Auto generated text implied I missed my appointment. I don’t miss appointments. The actual appointment (3/2) was much better. Donovan was personable, professional and thorough. Kudos to Donovan. More

I don't understand why I needed an appointment then was told they have no one to take out to get a smog check. I was told was going to take 2 to 3 hour.
