Overall this Ron Tonkin Kia was great. Everyone was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Did not meet Greg. Donavan as a salesperson was good and well balanced. We had some issues with the vehicle coming down from Seattle as the windshield was hit by a roc Donavan as a salesperson was good and well balanced. We had some issues with the vehicle coming down from Seattle as the windshield was hit by a rock---this took a bit of extra time from promised return. We then picked up the vehicle and the next day noticed a small dent near the tailgate--we then brought it back for repair and that turned out acceptable. The dealership showroom and Men's restroom need to be cleaned and sales materials organized. The overall experience was good and I hope the service dept. will come through if we need anything done. More
