Really appreciated his friendly approach to salesmanship and willingness to share insight and information about the car with all the questions I had. James in finance was also friendly and let me know about what offers and warranties could benefit me and was open to conversation about what I might or might not have needed, he also made it a casual, humorous environment; which I enjoyed.
