Not like the other dealerships we tried to deal with. James did a great job walking us through our options on the extended warranty program and found the best option and price for us. This was one of the simplest closing we have ever went through. We would highly recommend Donte and James at Gastonia Jeep. More

I have to take responsibility for it because I let my guard down and just signed away. After looking at paperwork when I got home I noticed some charges that wasn’t discussed with me before signing. The options were discussed but no amounts were every mentioned. For example I was told we would get 4 oil changes over the next two years, no price was given for it, so I assumed it was free. Once again my fault for not asking or reviewing paperwork. I live 40 mins from the dealership and wouldn’t drive that far for a free oil change. Once I read paperwork I notice they weren’t free but was sold to me for $399.99. Don’t think I would pay in advance for oil changes that I have to drive 40 mins one way for. A $30k sale was going to cost $45k if it went to full term. Luckily contract was done on a Sunday evening and finance guy agreed to redo my contract on Monday morning. After new contract was complete I saved over $10k after removing all extra add ons. I take responsibility for it but just leaves a bad taste in my mouth because it happened. More

Our salesman wasn’t pushy but worked with us to get us into the cars we wanted and the payment we needed. Each of the people we dealt with were customer focused and weren’t just trying to get another car out the door. From the sales floor to the finance team to the prep team who detailed the cars were a class acct. We highly recommend Gastonia CDJR to anyone that is interested in a Fiat Chrysler product. So much better than the other one south of the border. More

I initially was just looking around and I seen they had a 2019 Ram 1500. I contacted the dealership online and they immediately got to work. I worked with Kaleb online and got approved for a loan and got top 2019 Ram 1500. I contacted the dealership online and they immediately got to work. I worked with Kaleb online and got approved for a loan and got top trade in for my trade in. I showed up at the dealership and Kaleb was not available, Donte however took care of me. Long story short after negotiations I walked away with a new truck. They are a very good dealership and have good associates that are not pushy. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a vehicle. I will be using them for mine and my wife’s future vehicles. However the only down fall was the next day my wife had to come in and sign paperwork and the finance guy I worked with was out sick. James McEroy then took over paperwork and he seemed irritated. He even stated I stopped a deal to get you out so you could get out of here. I understand he was probably having a bad day being the only finance guy there but still could have been a bit nicer. However everyone is entitled to a bad day no matter what line of work you’re in. More

No typical sales tactics, only friendly customer service! They listened to what my husband and were looking for in a vehicle and allowed us the time we needed to discuss without any pushy sales. The finance dept, Scott, was extremely friendly and informative on what warranties we were interested in and the time spent in that office was minimal to say the least! So impressed with each person who was there and we will definitely be back! More
