Corey Thomas made the impossible happen and located the almost impossible to find black 2021 4Runner Nightshade edition! He ensured me that he could find it and he did exactly as promised. Kept in tough with me throughout the entire time he was locating the vehicle up until the moment that it arrived at their dealership! Now I understand why he says he’s “The Closer”, he makes things happen! No hassle on my trade in vehicle, and we were given a great trade in value for our 2018 Camry XSE. Our salesman was Dontrell Saucier. He made sure everything moved along seamlessly, and was very hands on, attentive, and informative during the entire purchasing process. Most importantly he was patient and detail oriented when he showed my wife all the features, and how to setup everything on her new vehicle after we purchased it. The final element in our purchase was how everyone that worked at the dealership came outside, held up a huge congratulations sign, and cheered and danced for us as we drove off in our new 4Runner! We have NEVER experienced anything like that before. We were at a lost for words and it means so much to know that there are still honest and customer oriented car dealerships out there. There was no communication with us during that time about what was going on. This is a problem area that can be easily remedied with some more communication. Waiting without knowing for approximately how long or why creates stress. FYI-the rather violent cartoon showing on the TV did not help. More

Couldn’t say enough nice things about the facility the service and the sales folks. Truthfully we know several now because this is our fourth transaction as well as trade-in. We’ve come to know several people there and they are wonderful. I dread the back room signature signing and optional buying on warranties but yesterday also was the exception. I like the way they handled us from the doorway to the exit.. More
