Excellent overall experience from start to end Every point of contact at Ralley from the minute we step foot in from receptionist to sales to pulling my leased X5. Was courteous, professional. Not too over the shoulder houvering, questions were answered promptly and educational on some. A lot of patience from our sales rep, Dorian. (felt like a friend explaining the the different models/features, rather than a rep trying to sale a product/service) who found us what we need at a price we can work with. More

Lied about deal and changed price after credit app Spoke over the phone about a deal on the i8 had an agreement on the buy rate on loan from bmw fs and the selling price. So we filled out credit app an Spoke over the phone about a deal on the i8 had an agreement on the buy rate on loan from bmw fs and the selling price. So we filled out credit app and got approved. Once we went to dealership the salesman Dorian tried to mark up the loan 1% and then tried to force the tire wheel warranty or else we wont get the previous rate. More
