I am extremely dissatisfied with Rallye BMW’s handling of my March 30–31, 2026 service visit. Rallye BMW reached an outside-influence / non-warranty conclusion without providing a complete and reviewable dia my March 30–31, 2026 service visit. Rallye BMW reached an outside-influence / non-warranty conclusion without providing a complete and reviewable diagnostic explanation. There was also a significant unexplained discrepancy between the BMW/MyKaarma pricing sent to my phone and the final invoice. After I raised post-service inquiries, I received no communication at all from Rallye BMW regarding those inquiries — no written response, no acknowledgment of receipt, and no phone call. Rallye BMW later represented to BMW North America that communication had been established with me, which is inconsistent with my actual communication record. More
