McLarty Daniel was able to resolve an issue I have had for more than 3 years. The issue was first reported within 6 months of purchase where the passenger door lock would intermittently fail. It was not for more than 3 years. The issue was first reported within 6 months of purchase where the passenger door lock would intermittently fail. It was not reproduceable at the dealership. I finally failed a few months ago AFTER warranty had expired. I filed a complaint with Ford Corporate to no avail. I brought my problem and frustration to the MC Daniel service manager and he volunteered to cover labor if I would cover the cost of the part. A VERY fair solution. Problem solved after over 3 years of frustration. Thank you MC Daniel. More

Recently purchased a used Jeep from your Bentonville location. Worked with your Rep/agent, Jayden Woodrow. It took several trips and a few test drives before finally settling on the one I bought. Narrowed the choices down from the 1000 or so in stock to a workable half dozen and finally the one I chose. I have worked with McLarty Daniel for the purchase of my last vehicle in 2017, when Patrick Greenlee sold me my current Pickup. And when I've needed it, your service dept. has been very helpful. Especially Doug Brewer and Chelley Pense have always been a big help in expediting any work I'm having done at your shop. I rely on them to keep me moving. I receive recall alerts for the rear camera on my F250 by text and email about twice a month. I scheduled the repair 6 months or so ago and dropped my truck for the repair. The following day, they had me com text and email about twice a month. I scheduled the repair 6 months or so ago and dropped my truck for the repair. The following day, they had me come back and get it because they didn't have the part they scheduled to replace for me. Today, I dropped the truck off again for the same recall AFTER asking them to confirm they had the camera this time. They just brought it back to me unrepaired because they did not have the part again. This service department is a clown show. More

Doug has the worst attitude and customer service. He treats women like they don’t know anything about cars. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place.
