Ed was extremely upset how my husband I were treated by his staff. He listened, apologized and made a bad situation awesome! From the salesman to the manager...no one asked very pertinent information or even sat with us and chit chatted about the deal. We were in the dark and were only told the bank and manager were working the deal. What deal...what details? You don't ask...you don't obtain information you need to know!
