An Amazing Difference I've bought multiple Fords from the dealership in Wake Forest and contacted them about potentially purchasing a new vehicle. I was looking for specif I've bought multiple Fords from the dealership in Wake Forest and contacted them about potentially purchasing a new vehicle. I was looking for specific features (that I found on several window stickers online) so imagine my surprise when I was told by that dealership those features were not available yet. I'd also contacted Capital and Doug reached out to me very quickly. He called me on Friday night to discuss what I was looking for and found a vehicle which seemed to be a match. He then told me that he was at the dealership until 9 pm that night and if I wanted to come in and look that would be great. This really was the least pressure car sale I've ever been apart of - Capital offered me a very fair and reasonable deal on my trade-in. I told Doug exactly what I wanted and he found it for me. He and the finance guy John (who was also fantastic) told me to go home and sleep on the deal (as they had to bring the car in from another dealer) and that if I changed my mind, that was okay. In the end Doug and John knew exactly what I was looking for and I was worried that the payment was going to slowly creep up - not only did they get me what I wanted but at a lower payment. Doug also really understood the vehicle and all the technology and spent the time to go over all of it with me even though I was trading in another Ford (at the other dealership I'd usually had to explain the technology to their sales people ). Over 2 days, I was in the dealership no more than 3 hours total. Considering the last car I purchased took over 6 hours this made me very happy. I'd highly recommend Doug to anyone. He was great to work with. More

I shopped around and decided which car I wanted. I knew exactly what specs I wanted and planned to order the car. I also wanted to communicate with e-mail. Some never responded. Of the ones that did respond, most tried to force the sale of a car that was already on the lot but didn't meet all of my specifications. Doug listened to what I wanted and sent me a quote for exactly the car I requested. I went back and forth between Capital and another dealership but, in addition to giving me fantastic service Capital also gave me the best price. When I picked up the car everyone at the dealership was very nice and the sales manager Mike even came out to shake my hand and talk to my family and me. Thanks Capital Ford for a great buying experience! More

In June we purchased our 4th vehicle from Capital Ford. Yesterday, we went with our daughter to assist her with a purchase. Doug was so helpful and nice. In addition, he was very understanding to our daughter's needs and wants. We originally went with a used Focus in mind, but Doug suggested a new Focus because the deals on the new cars were better and in the end she would have paid about the same. His commission on the used sale would have probably been more but that wasn't his main concern, she was! Being a recent college grad, she had lots of questions and Chuck in the finance department never wavered from having patience with her. Skeet, one of the sales managers even took the time to come out and speak with us. He was also very accommodating with an issue on our purchase in June. Two of the center caps on our wheels were faded and he made sure they got new ones in for us. His main goal was that we were satisfied! I can't leave out Mark Thomas, he makes you feel right at home! Our local dealerships can't hold a candle to Capital Ford. They are professional and friendly. We have never felt we were being pressured into anything we weren't comfortable with. It is worth the hour drive to get this special treatment! Why would you go anywhere else??? In closing, I have to ask...why don't you have Excellent as a choice? That is what Capital Ford deserves! More
