Doug had a low pressure approach to presenting the automobiles we were considering while being knowledgable about the product. He asked what we were in the market for and showed options that fit our r automobiles we were considering while being knowledgable about the product. This is my 3rd car from Vann York. I kept my first Accord for 16 years through their good service department and my first Civic for 10. Their service department is excellent and, even though it is al Accord for 16 years through their good service department and my first Civic for 10. Their service department is excellent and, even though it is almost 20 miles from my house, I have used it for everything except a handfull of oil changes. Also, I totally trust Honda vehicles. Vann York does not have to - and does not - put a heavy sales pitch on me when I go in because they rely on the excellence of their product. My husband has a Mitsubishi also from Vann York and is completely satisfied with their sales and service. I recommend Vann York to everyone considering buying a car. More

Friendly, fast, efficient and thorough! My car died unexpectedly and I was towed to van York Honda on East Chester. I called Doug and he was ready to help right away.
