Called service about a dead battery in my truck. It was a Motor craft battery I had bought at a different dealer. I talked to Doug on the phone and he verified if I could just bring in the battery It was a Motor craft battery I had bought at a different dealer. We bought a truck cash. Had the blue advantage warranty. They did a 172 point inspection supposedly. Transmission is slipping. Took it in and they couldn’t find anything so Had the blue advantage warranty. They did a 172 point inspection supposedly. Transmission is slipping. Took it in and they couldn’t find anything so they charged us $175 dollars. But it was low on transmission fluid so they charged us for that. If there’s no leaks, but low on transmission fluid… wouldn’t it be that they either didn’t check the transmission fluid or top it off? So their service department doesn’t do a very good job and they don’t take care of their customers. If you want to be valued as a customer, don’t go here. When we went there they tried to sell us a rusted out junker just to get it off their lot. Then they tried to give us the paperwork for that truck but I noticed the mistake because the year was older. I wish I would’ve gone to a different dealer but this was close and we had a newborn and didn’t want to take him far from home. More
