The service and communication were below standard expectations. The lack of diligence and urgency was unacceptable. Until a male intervened on my behalf all questions were dismissed regarding the ser expectations. The lack of diligence and urgency was unacceptable. When followed up with management all blame was put elsewhere, they do not take accountability for anything. More

We bought a truck cash. Had the blue advantage warranty. They did a 172 point inspection supposedly. Transmission is slipping. Took it in and they couldn’t find anything so Had the blue advantage warranty. They did a 172 point inspection supposedly. Transmission is slipping. Took it in and they couldn’t find anything so they charged us $175 dollars. But it was low on transmission fluid so they charged us for that. If there’s no leaks, but low on transmission fluid… wouldn’t it be that they either didn’t check the transmission fluid or top it off? So their service department doesn’t do a very good job and they don’t take care of their customers. If you want to be valued as a customer, don’t go here. When we went there they tried to sell us a rusted out junker just to get it off their lot. Then they tried to give us the paperwork for that truck but I noticed the mistake because the year was older. I wish I would’ve gone to a different dealer but this was close and we had a newborn and didn’t want to take him far from home. More
