Jacob was friendly. However most of my interactions were with Corey who was very curt and not helpful at all. I actually had to speak with the GM to get any kind of answ However most of my interactions were with Corey who was very curt and not helpful at all. I actually had to speak with the GM to get any kind of answers. They had my truck a month only to say they couldn't fix it. So we took it to Chevrolet of Wooster and they looked at it the same day and ordered the parts to fix my truck and offered a loaner vehicle until my truck is ready they said it would be 4 or 5 days. I absolutely would never recommend Whites Ford to anyone. We have been loyal to Whites for decades, not sure what has happened at that place but will never return there for anything. I also plan to let everyone I know about my awful experience there. I used to speak so highly of them and recommend people to go there, now I'm embarrassed I even suggested them to people. More
