The service and communication were below standard expectations. The lack of diligence and urgency was unacceptable. Until a male intervened on my behalf all questions were dismissed regarding the ser expectations. The lack of diligence and urgency was unacceptable. When followed up with management all blame was put elsewhere, they do not take accountability for anything. More

Needed a number of services done on my explorer. Dropped it off tues and it was scheduled for sat. They had it done on Wednesday. The staff is super friendly and super fast. My tires are great. It's the service I had a problem with. The wait was 2 and a half hours. They came back to tell me it would be soon and they were sorry at 2 hours. When they were done Jacob came back went over paperwork and failed to mention anything about my 100 dollar rebate or anything at all about warranty on tires or that you had free tire rotation. I've yet to hear anything about the rebate and this is 5/3/26.i did remind him of the rebate and he said he forgot. I looked over the tires and left. Now today I find some deep scratches on my rims that were definitely not there before. Plus all 4 rims had grease stains all over them. Can't they clean up their mess. That were not like that when I brought my vehicle in. More
