In the process of being sold this warranty I was lied to repeatedly by the salesmen stating the aftermarket parts on the car at the time of the sale would not impact the warranty. Fast forward 2 years later I have my first issue. Its an expensive $3500 repair that is being denied coverage due to the parts that were on the car when it was sold to me. No one will call me back or respond to my emails. I am out of the $3500 warranty that does nothing for me and magically when trying to work out a refund from the dealership who sold me a warranty that did not even qualify (words directly from the warranty company) they go ghost. I also attempted to cancel the Maintenance package within a week from getting it from them when realizing how terrible or overpriced and the salesmen lied to my face and never did what he was supposed to do to cancel it. Stay far away. More
