When we went back inside, Kia and Ray Skillman gave me a great deal and worked to where I was comfortable with the payment. Awesome Experience I have been looking for a Mini Cooper for about 3 years. Watching tv, I saw a Ray Skillman ad & went to their website & did a search for a Mini. Sure I have been looking for a Mini Cooper for about 3 years. Watching tv, I saw a Ray Skillman ad & went to their website & did a search for a Mini. Sure enough, they had one that caught my eye so I contacted Mac Bridges and he got the process started. The car was at another Ray Skillman location just a few miles away. Mac drove me there & allowed me "test drive" the Mini back to the South Side dealership. From there he & Duane Reed "coached" me through the process. Never once did Mac or Duane leave my sight. They stayed with me & led me through the process keeping me continually updated as to the progress we were making along the way. When I was ready to sign the papers Doug Magnusen patiently led me though the process, answering all my questions thoroughly explaining each document and its definition. I had shopped price at other area dealers for a Mini similiarily equipped within the mileage range and Ray Skillman South Side was anywhere from $500 to $2,000 less than the other dealers. This car purchase was probably the best buying experience I have ever had. Proud to say I am now a member of the "Mini cult" and I couldn't be happier!
