Hello my name is Doug Morgan. I would like to tell you a little about my background. I have been in the industry for over 38 years and started with my father managing lease cars later to become a buyer for him. I then started a wholesale outlet providing cars for upstanding dealers. I am in the Manheim Auto Auction dealer council and have been a top 100 dealer out of thousands for over 23 years and rated number 4 power seller through Maheim Auto Auction along with being a active member in PIADA and being 1 of 7 dealers on Guardian Warranties counsel . I am the primary buyer for the company and commit myself to only buying the highest in top quality and run history reports on all cars prior to purchasing them to ensure that we as a dealer and you as a customer have piece of mind. Hello Billie Jo, I completely disagree with this review and feel it very unfair . Our dealership has bent over backwards to try to help you oiut. I just spoke to Mike at Freedom Jeep and he confirmed that the brakes where not a problem as well as the A/C as no repairs where done. The cruise control was the only thing that was faulty and if you had reached out to us I would have been more than happy to refund you for the repair. I am asking you to call in to our dealership and speak to us further as again this review is totally off base and we do not deserve it.

Is that why I had it in the shop 2 days after that and freedom told me they couldn’t tell you what the other owner my boyfriend had to pay. But business bureau has all the paper work and will be calling them again I had nothing but troubles with it since.

Just received a phone call from mark at Morgan Automotive. The issue I had with the vehicle had and has been resolved to my satisfaction. They had resolved the issue but didn't realize that no one had called to let me know. so... I would change my rating for this automotive group to 5 stars. They ARE willing to stand behind the vehicle they sell and the work they perform on them. yes, If they have the car I am looking for, I would purchase from them again. me
