My wife and I leased a brand new Passat from Checkered Flag. We were definitely surprised by the customer service provided from everyone we encountered at this dealership. Britt, Doug, and a few others helped us out and they were nothing short of amazing! My wife had trouble driving a manual car, so they went out of their way to give us a loaner vehicle so she could learn. They also allowed us to use an automatic on a few occasions as well. They made the process as easy as possible and they were very straight forward about it. No gimmicks, and everything was explained up front, before signing. They truly went above and beyond to help us. We will more than likely be repeat customers after this wonderful experience!
