This is a tough one to respond to. My truck was in the shop for too long because of parts availability. Also needing that much work on a truck with just 45k miles is disappointing. $5k My truck was in the shop for too long because of parts availability. Also needing that much work on a truck with just 45k miles is disappointing. $5k for emission system repair was hard to accept. This is a GM issue not a Dillon issue. That being said, Doug did a good job keeping me informed of progress and I appreciated the use of the loaner car while my truck was in the shop. More
