The service at the dealership has gone down hill. Some of the more experienced service managers are no longer there and the younger manager seem not to understand service. Working with Jeff,Mark,Doug, and staff is always a professional encounter, and they always find a way to fit me in the schedule, tell it like it is, and give sage advice when the news isn't always goo professional encounter, and they always find a way to fit me in the schedule, tell it like it is, and give sage advice when the news isn't always good. My last visit, Jeff fixed me up with a loaner, I was very pleased to hear this, HOWEVER, truthfully it was like driving a 4 wheeled ASHTRAY, it is a shame that folks don't follow the rules of no smoking in your loaners. I informed Jeff that it was not me that made it smell this way before leaving....he offered another vehicle...but time did not permit switching cars that day for my schedule. More
