His attitude goes a long way to support the trust he has built with us over the years. Service is outstanding; including free loan cars and free car washes whenever you like. It's hard not to like an auto dealer who offers free car washes anytime you visit. Those free car washes were a key incentive to buy my Mercedes autos from this dealership. And my service needs have always been more than faithfully fulfilled by Cris Zamora, who has been my only service adviser. Like Doug, Cris is always personable and friendly. Doug has sold us 5 Mercedes over the past years and each and every time Doug goes more than the extra mile to ma would receive 10s in every section. (sorry for the run on sentence) I say every time that he really works hard to make sure your satisfied with the purchase. Unlike most car salesman, Doug has great follow up; after the sale Doug will stay in contact not just the first week, but for myself 5 years. In addition, when you bring your car in and he is in the building Doug will go out of his way to get out of his office and make every attempt to see you while you are there. You make think this is all BS, but over the five years I have known Doug he has always treated me and my wife with great respect and makes the purchase as easy as you want it to be.
