They came to my work to assist me with understanding a couple features I did not understand. Very good product and the dealership backs it up. Doug and John Picnic were good to work with. I have been changing our BMW's to Mercedes because of the extreme difference with service. You call BMW for routine service and you cant get in. They ask if I can bring it next month for oil changes or a flat tire. (Had to buy tire at discount tire) That is how bad it is. Mercedes at Grapevine takes care of their customers right away and even come to you if you are busy. Its incredible service. This is my second purchase and have one more BMW to change.
