Great customer service from start to finish. Christmas Eve day I decided to get my SUV, after researcing my heart set for Mazda CX 5. First walked in was greeted by reception and she seeked a salesperson Julio. Great personality and very patient. I specifically went to buy the Platinum Quartz Preferred model. A couple beat me to the only one on the lot. Julio mentioned one availabe at their other South location. My hubby convinced to get a Blue car because is what he liked. David at finance was quick and friendly conversations. Well that night when finally my mind was relaxed I cried, it is not the color I preferred. Text Julio Christmas Day and he replied no problem we can make it happen. He was not available Dec 26th but made sure I was assisted. Doug text me to come right over that he will have my preferred car picked up and ready. He just wants me to be Happy and satisfied. He greeted me and had Julian finish up the sale whom also went to bring my car from the other location. Thank you Julian, he also took my picture with the Big Red Bow I asked for. Lol. Bud assisted my finance paperwork, a very pleasant transaction. Best part was No Pressure at all. Nice and Swift deal. Thank you Sport Mazda North 🤗 I am truely Happy 😊 in Love with my car 🥰 More

I purchased my MX-5 from Doug and Julian a couple of weeks ago. They made the process so simple and did not waste any time in getting to the price I was willing to pay for my vehicle. The customer ser weeks ago. They made the process so simple and did not waste any time in getting to the price I was willing to pay for my vehicle. The customer service experience they provided was top notch and very appreciated. I also had the pleasure of working with the General Manager, Dan, and he was awesome to work with and provided the highest level of customer service that I have not seen from other dealerships. I would recommend Sport Mazda North to anyone looking to purchase a Mazda! More

Unprofessional and Disrespectful Behavior I had an extremely disappointing experience at Mazda North Longwood FL. Me and my wife visited the dealership with the intent to purchase a vehicle, but the u extremely disappointing experience at Mazda North Longwood FL. Me and my wife visited the dealership with the intent to purchase a vehicle, but the unprofessional behavior of the sales manager completely changed our perspective. We raised a simple question about using our own prepaid license plates, something we had done without issue when purchasing a car from this same dealership previously. Instead of addressing our inquiry professionally, the manager abruptly stated that he would not sell us the car. Without providing any explanation or apology, he stood up, walked away, and left us sitting there, completely disregarded. This type of behavior is absolutely unacceptable, especially in a professional dealership. It felt as though we were negotiating at a marketplace rather than at a reputable Mazda center. Furthermore, it is not the sales manager’s right to decide who can or cannot purchase a vehicle—it was an unprofessional and dismissive response that reflects poorly on the dealership and the Mazda brand. This experience has left us with no desire to purchase a Mazda vehicle in the future. It’s disappointing to see such behavior at a dealership I had previously trusted. I hope Mazda takes action to ensure no other customers are treated this way. More
