Not customer friendly The salesperson was a jokr, she was only looking out for her self. You only get the car they give you. They don't care about your wishes. I want to buy not lease. Although we told her over 10 times she still had me sign a lease. The manager was great and changed it to a purchase. Ive had the car for less then a week and it is already in the shop for electrical problems. I hate this car and this dealership. I had no choice my car's engine went out while being serviced there after I spent over $2,600 the week before to get the knocking fixed. Cash for your car is a total lie.Don't go to Bergers. More

Doug worked with me on my trade and helped me get the best deal possible- I got exactly what I needed and the other dealerships I went to couldn’t beat Berger. Cathy was also great and helped me get a solid warranty and even referred me to someone to help me lower my insurance cost. They definitely treated me like family and had my best interest in mind the whole time- I never felt pressured! I’m loving my new 2018 Chevy Malibu LT and the Redline edition is amazing! I got such an awesome deal and I couldn’t be happier! More

Darrel worked with us to narrow down the exact car we wanted. When he gave us the numbers on it, we were surprised. We were saving over $2000 on what we'd been offered at other dealerships for similar (but smaller) vehicles. Darrel was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and interesting. He also gave us a small personal gift, which I very much appreciated. We will be happy to do business at Berger and more specifically with Darrel in the future. More

She got back to me within an hour and had the exact vehicle I wanted. Doug her manager quickly got the pricing options for me which were amazing. They exceeded my expectations ten fold. Heather was my sales rep and was awesome. She was efficient, frinedly and easy to work with. Even the finance guy was great. I think his name was rick. He showed me all my options but didn't pressure me to buy something I didn't want. That has happened at other dealerships. I've been buying/leasing cars for 35 years and know what I need and appreciate not being talked down too. My overall experience was perfect...start to finish. I hope upper management sees this review and acknowledges Nicole, heather and Doug for their excellent customer service. We want go anywhere else but Berger. Thanks so much... Lora Vega More
