Doug did a nice job of walking me through the purchasing aspect as well as the instructions before I drove it off the lot. The only part I didn't care for was all the extended warranty options - too many m aspect as well as the instructions before I drove it off the lot. The only part I didn't care for was all the extended warranty options - too many make immediate decisions on. Would be nice to have a listing of types and prices to think about for about a week.
