Despite attempts by the receptionist to locate him I simply waited ten minutes and left. Never did here from him. I'm not wasting my time for PATHETIC customer service. Kudos to the receptionist tho. She really tried and did apologize. Promote her and let Doug go back to sweeping the floors. More
