He dug for answers to all my difficult questions so my specific work needs were met. Doug never once tried to “sell” me anything, he only helped me determine if what we were looking at was going to meet my needs. He said to me at one point,” I’d rather help you find another truck than to have you come back and say this truck can’t do the job.” He understood well that you can’t always pick exactly what you want when buying a used, rather than new, truck and he was both helpful and patient while I aligned my priorities. Life Changing I’ve never bought a brand new vehicle before. I always bought used and very used vehicles. I decided it’s time to get a brand new one. I’m only 21 years old, and just bought a 2018 F150 XLT. By far, the greatest accomplishment, besides college, for me! My salesman Doug Wojtczak has got to be one of the best salesman I’ve worked with. I’ve worked with many salesman trying to find the right truck for me at many different dealers but doug? Doug is amazing. There was no pressure, gave you the time you needed, presented all options possible, explored all avenues and most importantly made sure I was making the right decision as a person. Ewald Ford in Hartford has some fantastic technicians and great management. The general manager Jay was almost even more excited about me getting a brand new truck than I was! After more than a week of searching a "flooded" market in Madison for a replacement for my old car, which was lost in the Madison flooding of 20 Augus After more than a week of searching a "flooded" market in Madison for a replacement for my old car, which was lost in the Madison flooding of 20 August, I went to the small town of Hartford and found the exact car I needed. Thanks to Doug Wojtczak for all of your help! I knew from our first contact that you were my guy. You promised to hold the car until I could get there to look at it, and you contacted me immediately, when it looked as if someone had sneaked in so see it at another location. Everyone at Ewald's was very helpful and interested in making my experience as painless as possible. I was even able to turn in my rental car there.
