We were on a tight time frame and really just came into to look, but ended up buying the truck I've always wanted. Doug did a great job working with us to make us a deal we couldn't say no to. He was easy to talk to and was able to get us out the door in record fashion so we could make our appointment (in a sweet new truck). Thanks to everyone at Ewald. We will definitely be coming back for our next purchase!!!!! More

Vehicle Purchase From the first time I test drove the truck until I walked out with the keys Doug treated me, my fiance, and family with courtesy and respect. I never felt like he was pushing me into anything I didn't want or couldn't afford. I had interest in an older used truck (2002 GMC) and the entire time I talked to Doug he treated me as if I were purchasing a brand new truck. I would definitely come back to Hartford Ford just so I could go through Doug the next time I need to purchase a vehicle. More
