The Lester Glenn Experience I was welcomed to the dealership with an open door and a big smile. I explained my needs and experienced this same experience not once but four times. Each time I received the same diligent, caring happy Doug who showed great patience. He had a wonderful rapport with people which I watched again on my last trip with both my husband and son. Each visit the manger Dom came out asked if he could do anything to help. I received offers of beverage from Doug and Dom and several other staff. We chatted and the entire experience was enjoyable. Happy Colorado Z71 Customer I drove past the dealer and saw a Colorado Z71 on the lot and stopped in for a test drive. I didn't anticipate I would be leaving with the vehicle. My lease was up on my GMC SUV was up and Doug worked with us to come to a deal we were comfortable with. Doug was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and ovreall a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain all the features on the vehicle. We had a follow up quesiton on the leased vehicle we turned in a few days later and he took care of it right away.
