We were just looking around maybe thinking about trading but weren't sure. Doug came out and he was a great salesperson. He went the extra mile showing us different cars. Then when we decided on one he went but weren't sure. Doug came out and he was a great salesperson. He went the extra mile showing us different cars. Then when we decided on one he went the extra mile to get us what we wanted price wise. Not many people go that extra mile to accommodate a person. But we left with our new car and was happy with our transaction. Everyone we delt with was very nice and helpful. This was our second time trading with this company and would probably go again. We bought a new Hyundai Santa Fe from Doug at Paramount Ford and it was a very good experience. The price was fair, he was able to find the color/trim we needed, and the purchasing process was easy. I specifically choose to do business with Doug due to his high customer satisfaction rating. I was not disappointed. The facility was clean and organized reflecting on their professionalism. Finally, I can’t say enough about their missions statement…GR101 (Golden Rule 101). It isn’t just a quip or novel expression. Doug showed us several models and their incentives and we selected the best value and most fun to drive sedan: Hyundai Elantra Hybrid. Sale and delivery were simple and quick. Highly recommend both Doug and Paramount if you want an honest transaction and very good service. I will trade my 2019 F150 for a new one when ready at Paramount. More
