Received a vehicle with no working bluetooth or volume controls. Was told to take it to the service center to be fixed. Service center said I wasn’t on warranty but they could diagnose the problem for only $250 but wouldn’t fix it. Then told it was a software problem and to call OnStar. Called OnStar and they told me that I was sold a faulty vehicle that wasn't disclosed and it is against the law. Contacted the auto seller to get it fixed and they never responded.
