The technician was very thorough in his video review and Doug, the SA, was very forthcoming and welcoming. The the issue was the timing. An appointment was required to drop off the car, but the car sat on Doug, the SA, was very forthcoming and welcoming. The the issue was the timing. An appointment was required to drop off the car, but the car sat on the roof of their garage for 2 weeks before being serviced. After the first week, I called and was told that because my car was a "GT car" (GT4), only certain, qualified techs can work on it, and they only had a handful that worked there. So, two questions: first, why require appointments when the vehicle is going to sit for a few weeks before being inspected, and second, why would it be okay to park a customer's car on an uncovered roof for 2 weeks? That's a management issue, and no reflection on the Doug or the service. More
