After a poor experience in Audi Burlington, I went into Audi Brookline and they they did a great job taking care of me. I first met with Sales Manager Steven Claudio and he put me in touch with Audi Speci Audi Brookline and they they did a great job taking care of me. I first met with Sales Manager Steven Claudio and he put me in touch with Audi Specialist Manny Rios Alers. Due to the chip shortage the incoming vehicles did not have what I wanted. But with some patience, I got the call that an incoming vehicle had everything that I was looking for. Manny did a great job listening and communicating. There was no pressure, Manny and Steven went out of their way to make me happy making sure that I got the car that was right for me. They were very professional throughout the entire process. The month of waiting for shipment was definitely worth it. On Tuesday, I picked up my car. Manny was very knowledge and shared many important tips. I am loving my new Audi Q3. I would recommend Manny and Audi Brookline to anyone looking to get an Audi in the Boston area, you will get excellent service. More

Luis is the latest outstanding service rep who we have dealt with, and we truly appreciate the fact that he has come to know us and our vehicles. He works with us to develop a cost-effective strategy to keep our cars safe and running well. This visit, we brought in my wife's SQ5 for an oil change and its 50k service. The work was done quickly, we were informed of the progress during the day, and delivery of the car was scheduled when it was convenient for us. And picking up a cleaned car that runs smoothly and has been thoroughly checked is the best way to end a service visit. More

The employees of Audi Brookline went above and beyond to make my car buying experience legendary. Traveling from out of state, I was nervous about the different requirements that may exist, etc. when purcha make my car buying experience legendary. BUT this team made my purchase seamless! Cathy, Kayla, and Stephanie (along with several other staff) were courteous, transparent and ACCOMMODATING!! On top of all of this, they ensured that my car didn’t leave the lot without having passed all of standard safety checks/ inspections that would make my commute home PERFECT. Can’t thank this group enough for the exceptional service - they all deserve a raise!! Will absolutely be back to buy more vehicles and the future and would recommend them as 10 out of 10 for anyone who’s interested in buying!! More
