Having had a previous positive experience with the team at Audi Brookline it was a natural choice to return for a new vehicle. From presenting Stephanie Bagu with an idea for my next car to receipt of the at Audi Brookline it was a natural choice to return for a new vehicle. From presenting Stephanie Bagu with an idea for my next car to receipt of the new car was an absolute pleasure. Stephanie diligently sourced a car that exceeded my expectations and the transition from the previous vehicle to the new one was completely seamless. I want to thank Stephanie for her patience, kindness and complete customer care. and also to the wider Audi Brookline team ( Joana, Steve, Douglas, Kervens and Tim for their professionalism. More

I wish I could give an outstanding review to a great dealer that represents a great brand like Audi, however in this case I cannot. I am a three (3) Audi owner and I love the cars. I own a 2018 dealer that represents a great brand like Audi, however in this case I cannot. I am a three (3) Audi owner and I love the cars. I own a 2018 Audi A4 and a 2018 Audi Q5 which my wife drives and I traded in a 2018 Audi A5 for a CPO 2021 Audi S5 Quantum Gray Premium Plus. I got a decent trade and I bit the bullet on a preowned 2021 with 7K on it. Ahmad Naheem was the Audi Specialist that assisted who was friendly and helpful and I also dealt with Steven Claudino who was helpful and worked with me in closing a decent deal on the trade on my 2018 A5. The issues started when I went in and began to deal with the finance group and began working with Douglas Quintana. Douglas was rushed unorganized and seemed to be unable to sit and explain everything in detail. I never left wit the full rundown of the final sale document although it was shown to me. the worst part of my dealings with Douglas is after leaving the dealership and driving over an hour back home, I get a call that 3 documents that needed to be signed for out of state registration had to be signed. bear in mind I could not take possession of the car until out of state registration was completed!! I had to drive up to Brookline and sign three documents and drive back home for this mistake from him rushing through the process. Secondly, I paid $1,000 to have the Simonize Ceramic Coating applied to the paint of the vehicle, I am a big believer of the Ceramic Coating. I have paid various amounts to have ceramic coating put on "properly". I this case after the car was delivered and I got it home the following day. I noticed that it was not applied correctly. 1.). there was no paint correction since there are swirl marks in the paint and 2.) there are sap and imperfections in the paint that prove that there was no paint correction or buffing prior to the ceramic coating being applied. I feel that since this ceramic coating wasn't not applied the $1,000 should be refunded to me. More
