I gave Doyle and Craig a basically impossible scenario last minute and late at night and not only did they deliver they hit it out of the park. They didnt have the color I wanted on the lot but were able to find one and have it picked up and brought to them within the hour which is insanley fast. Your phone system is terrible - calling before showroom is open has a great voice mail but no connectivity to the service department and Saturday it seems that the phone is not answered at times - 3 try's to get someone in service to pick up - the cashier did not pick up either. Potty Break? This I is a process issue - please fix it. Great people with poor tools and it makes your great people look bad. They work hard to make everyone look good and it shows.
