Doyle is the perfect salesman, letting us make the purchase and not selling us something that he wanted to move off the lot. His character is the main reason we came back for this purchase and we really didn't spend a lot of time 'haggling'--just found what we wanted and moved on with the paper work. Excellent They take care of the customer - LEE and Doyle are great- the rest of your team is great. Your phone system is terrible - calling before showroom is open has a great voice mail but no connectivity to the service department and Saturday it seems that the phone is not answered at times - 3 try's to get someone in service to pick up - the cashier did not pick up either. Potty Break? This I is a process issue - please fix it. Great people with poor tools and it makes your great people look bad. They work hard to make everyone look good and it shows.
