Mike Dotson did a great job as a salesman. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. This Seltos was purchased for my 83 year old Mother. I own another 2024 Seltos and 2017 Sorento. I needed a sp He was very helpful and knowledgeable. This Seltos was purchased for my 83 year old Mother. I own another 2024 Seltos and 2017 Sorento. I needed a specific car with specific color/options and this dealership had the only one available within 100 miles or more. I was not totally satisfied with the price considering it was a loaner car. I didn’t agree with the $499 dealer add on. I felt the car already served a business purpose and that cost should have been absorbed into the Initial use. I conceded only because of necessity. That is why the 4star Dealer rating. Also the first oil change showed to be done at around 11,000 miles. 5,000 over the KIA recommendation. This Seltos had 11,588 on the odometer. A dealer should follow recommended oil change intervals. Otherwise, the dealership was friendly and accommodating. I haven’t had any service done yet other than a wash/detail and gas up so can’t comment about that. More
